If you are dieting, working out or just trying to monitor your weight, having an accurate digital scale is a must. For years I struggled with an old dial scale and although fairly accurate it was very hard to read.
But when I started on a serious diet I knew it was time to upgrade that old scale. I chose an EatSmart digital bathroom scale from Amazon. So if you are looking for a great digital scale at a low price you will want to read my EatSmart precision digital bathroom scale review.
Who is the EatSmart digital scale for?
Anyone 400 pounds or under can use this scale. You definitely don’t have to be on a diet to use this, but if you are it will help you keep track of your weight loss. It is a good idea to weigh yourself regularly to see if you are gaining or losing weight.
This scale is great if you wear glasses or have had trouble reading old fashioned analog scales with dials. It is very easy to read and you wont have to squint or guess where the line falls on the dial.

The EatSmart ESBS-01 has been the best selling scale on Amazon for the past 5 years and it has a massive 14,000+ reviews with a 4.6 out of 5 star rating.
This really is a great little scale and it is priced under $30 and ships for free which makes it even more appealing.
The large 3.5″ LCD display features a blue back lit background with black numbers making it really easy to read from any distance, angle or in any kind of light.
One thing I hated about my regular scale was the fact that every time I got on or off it I got a different weight reading. So you never really knew which one was right.
Weight is graduated in increments of .2 lbs. / 3oz. but you can also set it for kgs and believe it or not, stones. A stone is equal to 14 pounds. I have heard the expression I need to lose a stone before, but had no idea that there was a scale that actually used that measurement. So if you need to lose a stone this is your digital scale.
To set this scale you press on the top until it shows a zero. Once that is done it is calibrated. From there on you can just hop on and weigh yourself. If you move the scale you have to repeat this procedure which takes only a few seconds.
You don’t need to tap this scale to make it work because it features EatSmart “Step-On” technology that allows you to simply step on the scale to weigh yourself.
None really. The only thing is that I wish the readout showed ounces and quarter and half pounds instead of 10ths of a pound but that’s just me and certainly no biggie.
EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom Scale Review Final Verdict
